1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Arte.Reimagined website at https://artereimagined.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Intellectual property
All artwork, images, text, and other content on this site are the exclusive property of Dr Manjit Singh Chodha / Arte.Reimagined and are protected by UK and international copyright law. Purchasing a print grants a personal, non-commercial licence to display the work in your home or private space. It does not transfer copyright or any commercial rights.
3. Orders and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if a pricing error occurs.
4. Shipping
Prints are carefully packaged and dispatched within 5–7 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary. Arte.Reimagined is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund. As prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Commission pieces are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arte.Reimagined shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant order.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
